For guests who want more, our team can arrange aperitivo platters of Sardinian cheeses and cured meats, full Italian lunches prepared with local ingredients, or a bottle of Veuve Clicquot waiting on ice as you step aboard.
Between stops at hidden coves and turquoise swimming spots, your skipper can steer you to some of the finest waterfront restaurants on Sardinia's northeast coast - places where the fish was caught that morning and the Vermentino comes from vineyards you can see from the table.

A Sardinian aperitivo platter with local pecorino, fiore sardo, and thinly sliced salumi is one of the most popular requests - perfect for grazing at anchor in a quiet cove.
Full Italian lunches with bruschetta, caprese, fresh pasta salads, and grilled vegetables can be prepared and brought aboard. Champagne, prosecco, or premium Sardinian wines can be chilled and ready before you arrive. All provisioning is quoted separately so you know the cost in advance - there are no surprises.

Vermentino di Gallura DOCG - crisp, mineral, and intensely aromatic - is the flagship grape of the region and pairs beautifully with seafood and the salt air. Local producers like Surrau, Capichera, and smaller family estates around Olbia and Arzachena offer bottles that rarely leave the island.
